I believed that Justin mentioned this in one of his previous post but I could not find it. In any case in the last 20 minutes I got one phone call and one new case with the same issue. Customers were all happy to finally plug those survey information into Civil 3D and continue working on their project... When all of the sudden, they notice that there is something strange with the way their "Specify Data Source" looked. There was no Browse button, no matter how much they stretched that dialog.

There is a great chance that your fonts look bigger, too. This can happen if your DPI setting is not set to the 96 DPI (default). It is important to have this setting set to 96 so that program can display all information as they are mapped on the dialog. The setting is part of Windows settings and can be easily adjusted.
In Windows XP:
- Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties
- In Display Properties, Settings tab click Advanced
- In General tab, set DPI to Normal size (96 DPI)
In Windows Vista:
- Right-click on your desktop and choose Personalize
- On the left size of the dialog click on Adjust font size (DPI)
- In DPI settings set Default scale (96 DPI)
Now, check if your dialog box shows Browse button.
