You asked for it and now you have it – in Civil 3D 2012, you can show corridor information attached to different baselines in section views! This is picked up automatically, and there is nothing special that you need to do to make it work. Simply sample the data and it will show up.
In the image below, I have a sample line for a main road alignment. This sample line is located in an intersection area Notice that the right side of the sample line runs along the intersecting road, then take a look at the section view at the top of the view – it’s showing the assembly as it runs up the road!
