A little be about me… My name is Tatiana Machado; I hold a Bachelor Degree of Geological Engineer and a Specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. I worked 2 years as a Professor of School of Earth’s Sciences at the University of the East (Universidad de Oriente) in Venezuela. I have more than 9 years of experience working with Autodesk Software specialized on the engineering field. I have been working with Autodesk as Technical Support Specialist since October of 2011. Before that, I was part of the Autodesk Reseller Channel working for Digital Drafting Systems down in Florida for more than four and a half years, as a Civil Technical Specialist, delivering training, technical support and implementations for companies located in South Florida, as well as for Down to Earth Technologies an Autodesk Distributor for Central America and the Caribbean.
I started like everybody else, learning just regular 2D AutoCAD for my degree purpose, but I felt in love with the software and wanted to learn more about it, so I move to the 3D portion of AutoCAD doing some modeling and some renderings, as well, until I got my way up into the vertical solutions. I was a really big fan of Land Desktop when I started using it back in release 2002. Then I migrated to Civil 3D on release 2007 and being using it since then.
I enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting, but more than that I found joy on helping people to approach, fix or figure out their issues.
I like outdoor activities; I’m an official technology addict, a really BIG soccer fanatic, and an adrenaline junky.
I believe that when you enjoy what you do, it can’t be called work, and that no matter where life take you… you never give up on your dreams!
